Running, operation, maintenance and repairs of building services
Comprehensive maintenance of buildings and building services (heating, air-conditioning, fire protection, EAS, EFWS)
Non-stop emergency service
Ensuring external deliveries
Regular preventive maintenance and repairs, overhaul of specified equipment, documentation
Monitoring and accounting of the costs of services for buildings and premises
Systematic search for savings
